The link for the screen shot works but when I download the icon.zip from the first link all there is is an empty zip file with no content. Perhaps that is what ogkhaze is experiencing as well?

ok so it looks like if your using the skyraider rom there is 9 png files for upload and download. and i only got 5 from the .rar file so in going to need to fix that. this is to hard to do on the phone alone so im going to wait till i get home tonight to finish working on this.
+1... files are in the zip but Morph won't pull them out. Downloaded it twice..

Use a different unzip program. Metamorph sucks at it. Once I get home I will zip with winzip and upload then. It might be this app I'm using to zip on my phone.
Do you think you could resize the green amile sms icon and use it for the sms icon ad well?
It sounds like it is my zip app. I will be off work in about 2 hours and I will work on it then. Sorry on getting your hopes up. I should have brought my laptop... on a side note. Anyone have an icon they would like me to use for the stock music player?

I have gmail done. I'll work on the sms one next. Only thing is if you update gmail you will have to re apply it.

download his MM theme, unzip it... put your icon in the Mail folder (replace his) zip it back up and use MM

I just extracted it from my computer into my MM folder, opened the XML file in MM, it installed and rebooted, but there's no changes.
All done and it works. For some reason you will need to apply 2 times. If you don't the app disappears from the home screen.
I think my zip app is causing that. I will be leaving work soon and I can fix the error you get when I get home.
