Well, I still don't have it.
My phone had the version of Vodafone Spain, but I took it to the sat for an issue and they returned it to me with the official ROM without vodafone, but I'm afraid that they have associated IMEI by company, and now I have a vodafone IMEI but a free ROM, and that's why I do not get anything.

I'm in the UK and connected to Marseille in France via NordVPN worked straight away
Use a VPN and try a couple of different regions normally France works with Paris but on occasion like now Paris doesn't but Marseille works.

Just received my new phone, and after setting up got this software update notification. Downloading now.
Nothing, not even with this program I have nothing.
Is anyone still the same? no update?
What kind of policy is oppo following? because come on, the update is already 6 days old.
I don't think there are so many oppo find x5 pro in the world that they saturate the servers.
What a mess of a company.
And they are supposed to be a large and solvent group.
They don't even have a website where to download the OTA zip.

I had an absolute bawl ache trying to get mine to pick this update up on VPN so can see where people have been struggling previously!
It looks like the servers within say France so Paris, Marseille etc even though you search on those locations not all of the servers will prompt your update
So I've finally managed to connect to one that has done and I'll list it below for others who are struggling to try

Hopefully for some of you guys struggling this gets it to work

Strange and it's on that Server exactly?
If it is it might be a case of swapping servers then researching for the update multiple multiple times.
I must have done it at least 20 times on France, Germany servers before it finally worked on France - Marsile #795, sucks if it is a case of having to spam the servers over and over

Creating this topic to discuss about ColorOS 12 updates & general info.
Currently available versions:
- C.33 firmware for Global version
- C.36 firmware for CN version
The latest version is:
- A.15 'ColorOS 12.1 - "It mainly optimizes camera effects."2I have put a claim to oppo, it seems to me a shame the policy they have of updates, in the end it is a zip file that is downloaded, it has no more secret, why not put it for everyone?
I'm still with the August patch and the A22 version, it's been two and a half months since I received an update, it's SHAMEFUL.1
