Yes I have 5g, it's a cph1921. But I just don't know what this device should be called Reno 5g or 10x zoom, as on the box it has both, that's what I'm getting at

Ah...with you now. Apologies. I'd go with definitely Reno 5G. It is the 10x but with 5G tech. That's the only difference

Looking a little further into this suggests that the ColorOS 7 will be with us (international) within the next 6 months.

It is likely that security patches will be pushed as and when they need to be.

Just for your information: Keep cool, if you get an update notification on your 10x Zoom. It's just the January patch. It's version CPH1919EX_11_A.18

They promised to release the DXOmark tested camera firmware on January, kind of disappointed it's only security patch update when version number goes from A15 to A18. If they actually release it this month, I hope they release it on Android 9 firmware instead of the Android 10 beta which not everyone has access to it.
