Most likely, not easily. You'll need to edit images in certain framework apks to do it.
Bleh. I'm looking to have a transparent app drawer, transparent notification window, and the smooth sense icons / smooth circle battery icon. Whenever I try to install the smooth sense or the notification window zip, they overwrite each other. I can't find a transparent app drawer only mod. Does anyone know of a theme that will take care of all three together? If anyone would be willing to do it for me, I'd make a donation.

Okay, I figured out how to move images between the apks. Does anyone know which image represents the app drawer background? I want to make it transparent but I don't know which png it is.
Just make a metamorph theme and take whatever images you want from various framework-res.apks and put them in the metamorph's theme folder.
Metamorph will only copy the files you add to it to the apk, it won't modify anything else that's already there.
