What about OfficeSuite Pro? Have you had a chance to look at that?

Ceger
No I have not. Just took a brief look at the reviews and they do not sound encouraging. I also would recommend waiting for an office suite that is specifically designed to take advantage of the tablet screen real estate and processing power. Everything else will be a compromise to begin with.

Spell check?

 Do any of the suites offer a way to check the spelling? Or is there some stand-alone spell checker that can be added? Having grown up on word processors and even email clients with spelling correctors this is one feature I can not do without.

And thank you for the hard work!

My only complaint with Polaris is that, when working with Google Docs, I have to download docs, then re-upload them to Google Docs and delete the original after editing.

Are there any for which that isn't the case, where I can download a doc to a temporary location and then save it back to Google Docs without any intermediary steps.

QuickOffice HD Pro is the best by far for Google Docs and it sucks..

Yep....only mobile noter...and I didn't find that to be particularly good for me.

I wish that SOMEBODY would make a Onenote clone for android!

Picsel SmartOffice got updated!

Picsel SmartOffice has been update to version 1.7.0. The improvements look good and I hope to update the changes soon!

For now the Google Docs and DropBox integration appear to be the most important improvements. The website lists the following changes:

★ Send and receive email attachments.
★ Create and delete files in storage.
★ Google Docs file sharing for some files, beta
★ Slide show presentation
★ Many other improvements
This looks exciting! If nothing else, kudos to the developers to keep working on and improving their Android apps!

So, this is a silly question, but the only problem I have with Polaris is copying and pasting text that I wrote and pasting it into say an e-mail.

Do any of the other apps allow you to do that? I really just use my Transformer for writing.
