I did and I saw Viper4Android FX running. So, I can't properly say it is not caused by it. I will better love a log without audio mods while reporting audio issues.

It's a shame, but I've already rolled back to the version from Oct. 5. It works fine with extra apps I have. Let's consider it as a side effect of unknown nature that can't be cured at the moment. And, thank you very much for the nice ROM and for your time and efforts.

There won't be anymore updates for Nougat version from now on. I am dropping support for it. Switch to AEX 5.x now. I will push 5.1 soon. This thread will be closed soon. In case someone wants it to remain open tell me.

Team AEX has decided not to merge security patches anymore so that users will move on 8.x builds. We have already did for last 3 months I assume. @jerryhou85 kindly close this thread. I am done with Nougat builds and will focus on Oreo now.
