Computer Dont See Phone on Download mode

my phone dont open. it repeaedtly writes htc and restart
My compter dont see my phone on bootloader screen or download mode screen. And my phone dont open recovery. when i try enter recovery, open bootloader screen.
what can i do?

Try booting to Download mode and flashing stock ruu... Also could try pulling sdcard if have one installed and see if it boots
