Because it was a new set of radios and boot. Just have to repatch it to remove the unlock warning if you don't want see it. I keep the radios and bl stock .

If you don't have root then go back and flash it. Can not help you guys that root did not work without you telling me what flashed in twrp. See the rom and root and even busybox is it's own zip so when ypu flash the new rom it will flash each zip in that order. This is a a big deal if for some reason root did not flash go back and flash root. Just that easy. I will upload a newer working supersu that i use and a non root build later on tonight. But i still recommend root build as some tweaks were built around it they will still work you might have a slower 1st boot.
Is it because the supersu version is 2.72 instead of 2.62 that is used to root stock?

Might be the TWRP version I'm using.
I did redownload the Rom and did a clean reflash, still didn't get SuperSU or BusyBox.
But as you said no problem just flashed after first boot.
Oh and no errors or messages about it. Go figure ?.

Sorry about all the edits and typos! I am on my s7 tiny KB and in the car in the dark on bad 4g. My son uploaded 1.0.7 NOT pre-ROOTED AND POSTED SUPERSU .2.72 that I use and 2.62 that we used in the past and works great just in case we are not all on the same page or having mixed results.

My son just texted me all files are up and ready for download. Think this will cover all cases and users. Good luck. Lol

EDIT: Sorry Guys Very long day to doctors/hospital 3+ hours round trip and 4 hours there. I just checked and everything looks good all files are there and ready.

I got it downloading the none rooted one right now. If I have time this am. I will install it. With having Xposed, do I need to be worried about the phone glitching ECT? I am wanting to do a clean install. Back up current ROM, wipe everything, then install ROM, reboot, let it settle, and root.

I use Xposed for everything but power saving stuff like Greenleaf. I use Gravity box, YouTube ad block, YouTube back ground player and a few others phone runs phone.

Did titanium backup ask for root ? And did you agree to root? Maybe it did not root for you like others and you need to manually flash root.
I definitely have root. I wiped everything but internal storage, flashed the new radio file, then installed the pre-rooted ROM.
Then I tried flashing 2.6.2 SuperSU wiping cache, that did not work either.
After that I wiped everything but internal storage, flashed the non-rooted version of this ROM, booted once. Then flashed SuperSU.

Titanium Backup will not work in any of those situations.

I am not home to test on my end right now. So if you need use root checker from play store it shows you have root? I believe you have root I just flashed 2 more phones today and they came out rooted and check with root checker.

Go into app manager then Titanium Backup look under permissions and make sure it has storage permissions turned on it is possible that the permissions did not go through when you install Titanium Backup pretty much you need all the permissions on.

Don't know if this will help, but go into SuperSU settings and uncheck namespace separations, or something like that.

I don't get what is going on with some phones. This update / Firmware only addressed the newest android security patches. Not much has changed we had this problem before when adding automatic rooting/flashing supersu back around 1.0.3. For some users. That being said I have wiped and flashed the rooted build just fine on 5 devices. Root checker shows root.

After 1st boot you should reboot one time.

STANARD NOT PRE-ROOTED
If you flash non preroot build read op how to install. flash rom wipe cache at minimum and reboot then reboot back into twrp then flash SuperSu.zip reboot check that you have root.

PRE-ROOTED
Prerooted build Wipe cache flash Rom watch as it is flashing for any errors. When done let phone boot setup basic stuff and reboot one more tome. Them check root with root checker.

I dirty flashed this rom last night as I was to busy to do a full wipe and restore what I wanted / clean off my phone. I flashed the new twrp mod version that was released in feb, then rebooted to recovery and flashed radios/bootloader first. Then I flashed the rom, followed by kernal audiutor, followed by xposed, followed by supersu 2.62-3, followed by BHB27-Kernel-V43. I have ran Root Checker and have root. I flashed everything one by one in recovery right after I rebooted back to recovery after flashing the newest recovery out. I did not boot first and reboot and flash stuff one by one rebooting each time. I also wiped dalvik / cache after every single thing I flashed. I also updated supersu to the newest one using the supersu app. Rom is running smooth and perfectly fine here. I use MyBackupPro so I can't comment on Titanium.

Oh, I wasn't complaining last night,
Was just wondering if I needed to do anything special to enable root.
Everything is going great with the new Rom. Once again thank you very much for your continued support and help kind Sir.

I am not going to worry about Titanium at this point because everything else is working fine with root. I even tried using a n older version of Titanium to no avail. It is just weird that the same .apk works in 1.05 and 1.06.

I even tried changing SELinux mode to permissive.

Luckily I back up my phone and text messages etc. with a different app.

I have been having issues with OK Google not working for some time now. Every time I try to "train" it, it says "Can't use microphone. Restart device." which, of course does nothing. I have turned off Moto Voice, and tried just about everything I can find when I google the problem to no avail. The mic works just fine; if I tap the mic in Google it hears me perfectly. Just the OK Google thing will not work.
Anyone else have this issue and get it resolved?
