ComRom screen rotating even when locked

Even when i hit the toggle the screen rotates, i saw other people had the same issue. I asked the devs if it was meant to be that way but they must have missed my post. Does anyone else have this issue?

The launcher is meant to rotate, nothing else should if the setting is off.

Thats my issue, the setting is off and it still rotates.

What is rotating? Everything or just while on the launcher? The launcher will rotate with the setting off, but no other apps should.

oh ok, i dont get that really, i switched back to launcherpro bc it doesnt do that.

Lol ya, I did not understand why they tweaked the launcher that way. It's in the release notes stop it seems intentional.

Theu tweaked the launcher to rotate. But it doesnt hook the rotation toggle. So it'll rotate regardless if rotation is turned off or not. Blame samsung or nitsuj17

i did post a non rotating version in post #2 of the com rom thread

(i think its funny none of us call it by its real name Ultimate KangBang)

I gotta change my sig to reflect that, it seems people use comrom or some deviation bc its quick to say maybe. In any respect now i can switch back to the reg launcher, i appreciate it. Would there be a way to mod in the future to use of of the things that launcherpro and adw afford us, like having just the icons without the names of the apps, of changing the icons of the apps while on the desktop?

yeah by "us" i meant everyone...those who worked on the rom included
