Hello!
I have the acer panel, my phone(sensation XE) is made in taiwan, and actually I am very pleased with the AUO panel. No ghosting, great viewing angles, very bright and not a single bit of dust inside, after 2 months of usage.
Cheers!

For the life of me I cannot find this information about my screen. Tried rebooting and typing dmesg in terminal, tried dmesg | grep panel type, nothing, tried lumberjack app, nada. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong before it drives me insane? Lolol. Thanks guys.

Yep, when I input that command I just get a blank cursor. No info. Same as all other commands except dmesg. I look through the lines and no mention of panel type.
