Simply put... you can't.
To use CM you need unlocked bootloader and unlocked bootloader removes the DRM keys required to keep camera and screen quality.
With cyanogenmod you also won't be able to use the patch that makes DRM content work on unlocked bootloaders as the kernel is different and the ROM won't have the camera software there to be unlocked anyway

My suggestion is use a locked bootloader ROM. You get customisation and also use xposed to make it more. But this way you won't lose camera quality

Also you can backup the TA partition (the part with DRM) and if you don't like the camera quality loss from unlocking bootloader and CM you can simply flash back to stock and restore this partitio to get everything back to normal.

thanks to clear confusion. I want to switch another rom only because of android 6 limitation. After updating to 6 move apps to sd card option gone. I dont know why they do this? I made mistake while selecting phone and go with 16 gb inbuilt memory which is not sufficient. Then i purchased 64gb class 10 sony memory card , at that time i was having lolipop which had move apps option. Now what should i do ?

My ROM (Pandemic's Amaluna MM (locked bootloader)) has an option under each app from settings to move to SD card. Is that what you wanted? This is stock based so it might be there in stock. It's the top option when you tap an app in settings called storage and it says "change" so try that.
So if stock doesn't have it maybe try a custom LB ROM that has it enabled. Tbh it transfered okay but when I switched it back my internal memory it froze and I had to reboot with the reset button in the SD card slot... but I checked and it had moved back just fine.

Just find what works best for you. If you back up the TA partition you should be safe to experiment with unlocking, but I have not done this and don't plan to because I like the camera as it is.

Good luck :)
