Connecting to Netgear Orbi RBK 23

Hi All,

New to the forum and I think this is the only place I may be able to get some answers.

I recently installed Netgear Orbi RBK 23 at home, and every single device can connect to the network, with the exception of my Mate 30 Pro, and an older Huawei phone. It would "Obtaining IP Address", then time out.

The interesting thing is that the Orbi is connected in AP mode to my ISP router (a Hitron), and the Mate 30 Pro would connect to the Hitron router just fine wirelessly (I currently have the wireless turned off on the Hitron)

My phone is the China version using EMUI 10.1.0, and have added GMS to it. The build number is 10.1.0.132

Any help is appreciated! If worst case, I will turn the wireless on the Hitron back on.

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes I did. But it did not work. I also tried forgetting the network, then resetting the network settings. It did not work either.
