Constant WiFi notification and menu button on the bottom screen

These are the 2 biggest problems with the DNA...anyway to get rid of these without root?


Verizon has also locked the boot loader through HTC unlock....so I cannot fix the constant WiFi nag and the menu button on the bottom of the screen..
