Contacts only syncing in "group"

I gave my wife my note 8 (now S2 8").
She has 2 gmail acounts.

Gmail comes across fine but contacts doesn't.
Hit contacts and it is only her email.

Hit "Groups" and she does get some of her contacts.

Her main computer is Apple and I can't even figure out where the file manager is. Someone told me Apple was simpler - what a joke.

How can I get her Gmail contacts to come up under contacts?

I bet she does not have her Google accounts setup right. With two accounts, one has priority, so you will have to change which one or both to sync properly for her apps.

Go into accounts, open the Google account that she wants synced... it will be her Google email address, and select which items to get synced. Then make changes to the other Google account if needed.
