For those of you that rooted your Ouya this app is amazing. I downloaded "DroidMote" from the Play Store in hopes of using my phone as a wireless mouse. I only tried this app out for about fifteen minutes but it works flawlessly with the Ouya. It brings up a mouse cursor on the Ouya and the phone acts as a touchpad. You can also use the phone keyboard to type on the Ouya. Root, Playstore and Busybox are required. It does cost $2.50 but definitely worth it in my opinion.
Install the DroidMote Client on your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.videomap.droidmoteclient&hl=en
Install the DroidMote Server on the Ouya: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.videomap.droidmoteserver&hl=en

DroidMote...
Just made an account just to thank you dude!!
I've been looking everywhere without luck for an app that could do this, tried a couple none of em worked and if you're starting or quitting XBMC, it can get really annoying to switch from Yatse on the phone to physical controller. XBMC seems to be quicker now with no Ouya controller interfering. I don't think you know how much this made my day! :)

Looks a lot like spam, bro. LOL

I'm actually using an Rii controller with Flirc and the USB dongle for the air mouse and keyboard. Well, I'm not using it yet since I just got my Ouya in the mail and haven't even installed it yet, but the controller works like wonders (in the Mac and my TV for now).
