Hi, I just discoreved that I have a chinese PHB110 with CPH2449 rom on it. After making a OTA update, the phone still run, but I cant get my IMEI codes working, so my sim card is no longer recognized.
I'm a complete newbie, so I really dont know which steps should I take from now on.
Would anyone sugest me anything to get my phone working again?
I tried to format and reset in every way possible, but the issue remains.
PLEASE HELP.

Please stop littering this forum with repetitive posts. People have already given you advices. Go find a friend offline to help you with firmware flashing if you are not willing to try it yourself. Or request the seller to provide support.

Dude, I've just got rid of all my problems. Don't you see that I was only looking for help after spend a bunch of money in a phone that was completely useless? Why are you trying to rebuke me for seeking help? Isn't this forum exactly for things like this? If you have nothing to contribute, just shut up and don't be a moron. You can't expect normal users to start flashing phones if they have no clue how to start, which was exactly my case.

We have how to guides in this forum for things like how to convert from COS to OOS as well as how to revert back to COS from OOS. Like I said you should have tried to follow these guides by yourself or look for someone offline to help instead of complaining that you don't have firmware flashing experiences.

It's completely different if you tried and stuck somewhere than repeating the same complaint in multiple threads. You don't deserve help if you don't bother to help yourself.

Maybe stop being lazy and actually read this forum before spamming for help.

People coming through here like its a McDrive, expecting results out of thin air every time they post "PLZ HEP" and create another useless topic rather than doing at least a minimum effort to figure it out in other threads that are actually covering this.

Flashed from color os to oxygen os A09, fingerprint sensor not working. Tried updating from A09 to now A10, still throwing error. While testing in *#808*# menu, it says passed.
Whenever i try to enroll fingerprint, it does not even pop up, just vibrates and says " try again unable to complete the fingerprint settings. Please Retry"
Has anyone else faced the same issue and has been able to solve it?

Already tried:

1) Restarting, Resetting, Factory Reset, Re flash.
2) Cleaning Fingerprint sensor area.
3) Updating, downgrading back to a09.

recommend using ota method.

I try OFP , it failed. the phone bootloop. Then I decided to use PHB OFP package. Then it becomes worse.

From the bootloop scenario, I decide to use ota file with fastboot enchance.
The phone is back again, I also use ocdt_CPH2449.img from this post.

Everything looks good now.
