Ok start with 11 then use oxygen updater to update to 12 global. Once your on Global, you don't need to use Oxygen updater. You can do updates through the phone built in system update. If you still can't get it to work, I have a modified MSM at home that isn't posted anywhere that will update 11 EU to 11 Global. I can send a PM to you later with the link.

Here you go. Open up this MSM after you download it. Make sure you uncheck sha265 check and check use lite firehose. Press start while your in EDL mode. When its done, you will be on 11 Global. You can then do regular system updates without Oxygen updater app. Once your on 12, your sim will not be detected. Use WiFi to update to 13 and you will get everything working again.

Thank u but I managed to do it manually using signed downgrade packages and OnePlus local update app... Now I'm on Global firmware with everything working. Thanks to everyone who provided any help

What did you do to keep it?
Every time I try to upgrade to A13, I lose L1 status. I've disabled/uninstalled Magisk, installed it to the inactive slot, but nothing seems to work. I always get L3 after updating.

Yea if you used that MSM then your on a11 Global. You would then need to take system updates to current a13. As previously mentioned, no phone service on a12, you will need to use wifi to update to a13 then you will be good to go. If you don't want to go to a13 then stay on a11.

Did you have to go to EU MSM CONVERTER first before use the GLOBAL MSM or used your Stock Device to go directly to Global with that MSM of TheSayaMan? I´ve tried but shows like my phone is not match image when im using TMO>EU MSM Converter of the post #1 and MD5 ERROR with the MSM of TheSayaMan. Device not match image means your target ID differs from the target ID MSM that your using. If you already converted to EU then use the MSM I posted above to convert EU to Global. If you didn't convert yet, then you need to go back to page 1 and use the tmobile to EU converter listed there by the OP.
