I've searched through forums but I couldn't find the answer
I know samcripp realeased fruit cake maker
but I'm using CM7 now so it doesn't support yet.
I made some modifications in my phone and want to export it as an update.zip.
Of course, nandroid backup is the one way to do that,
but update.zip is lot easier way to me
So I decided to use Android ROM kitchen.

But when I try to import files from nandroid backup, it says it can't find .img file.
And my nandroid backups are in .tar format. (ex: system.ext4.tar)
How can I make these .tar files to an .img file?
Windows methods are prefered. I'm an noob at linux
(It's OK trying linux way if there's no method in windows.)
