Question Corporate phone I don't want

I bought a new Samsung s21+ from eBay but can't set it up because it wants a work account. It won't take my Google acc creds. Is there a workaround for this or should I just return it? I have experience with Odin flashing firmware and rooting Samsungs.
Appreciate any help.

Apparently, that just allows you to use any carrier. Shouldn't make a difference.

It didn't work. Flash was successful, but after reboot, same problem. "This device belongs to your organization... IT admin can control your device...." Does anyone have any idea what to try next?

Check if there's any app that might be connected to the organization. You could also try flashing a custom rom, but that should be used as a last ditch effort.
