Correct me if I am wrong, but why hasn't anyone addressed the Wifi Error Issue?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I see plenty of people having this issue including myself, most of the threads that I have read that have this issue have (for the most part) tried everything to fix it. I find it highly unlikely that it is a hardware issue, the odds of everyone having the hardware issue after upgrading to ICS or Unlocking is unlikely.

Also can I point out there is a thread in either General or Q&A thatis called something like "3.33.401.6 WiFi problem" and this is a thread dedicated to helping users with wifi problems on ICS builds

Yes I have seen those threads, nothing seems to work.
Went back to complete stock (GB) and it still will not work. Flash a million boot.img, radio, and done a million enable smart flash I've tried everything tried wifix but keep getting errors on it, unless I am missing something, I don't know what else to do but throw it against the wall or just smash it.
I have spent several weeks, visited several threads.
At the moment I am using

ARHD 6.7.0 on stock Kernel.

Hi,

If you are on 6.7.0 ,you should try using it with purpose built kernels for the 3.33 ROM

Failing that,have you tried taking off the back casing and GENTLY lifting the 2 gold connector pins just above the camera lens?

I flashed it in recovery with smart flash on but it did not work.
It was off, then it tried to turn on, then it said error.
Yes I already did that too with the pins

reflash recovery and dont touch smartflash at all (it messes your phone if you enable it and you are SOFF)
then try flashing a new rom ..completely fresh
