Corrupt 2gb SD Card

No Dice...

Used the HTC supplied cab...it only allowed the device to boot up normally. The device still does not show the Micro SD card...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems that the data are probably lost, have you tried to read the card in another device or card reader? Do you have a chance to check another micrroSD card in your device? Have you tried to format the card in the device via one of the 3rd parties application (i.e. Pocket Mechanic)? Is that application able to see the Storage card at least? Try to investigate a bit to provide as many information as you can.

Sandisk 2 gb card problem

Think this card may be an issue - also had 2gb card used in my XDA 11i - quite a new card suddenly got error - result all data lost as couldn't restore from card (flips and rejects at point of error 67% of data).

Not happy with Sandisk who I understand are now looking to test even larger cards - maybe the 2gb needs revisiting first

Should we still keep using the 2GB Sandisks MicroSD? I have installed the .CAB file from the first post in this thread. Does it cure the disease or its virus which will go away by itself lol
