Hey,

I chucked my SIM card that was in my N1 into a friends phone earlier today.

When I put it back into my N1 and turned it on, the phone was on a clean install. By this I mean everything gone, except for a couple of apps I had installed. When I look into Manage Applications, all my previously installed apps are greyed out "com.insertappname" etc

So basically all my apps+data and ROM configurations are gone!
And I don't have any Titanium Backups or nandroids....

I'm running Evervolv's ICS build from a couple months back.

When you say "SIM" do you mean the actual carrier SIM Card or the SD Card (External Storage), because this sort of thing would happen when SD-EXT is enabled and the SD Card is removed

Yeah, it was my actual cellular SIM card, not the SD. That's what made it weird.

But I fixed it shortly after by fixing permissions in recovery.
