Corrupted internal SD card?

I just download sketch Guru app and when I try to use it it tells me I have a corrupted SD card any way to check the sd card to make sure its working right?

Can you access it through es file explorer or take it out and try on computer?

Trying on a copmuter is your best bet. I have seen times when a phone will read the card but a computer will not but not offten. If computer says reads it and the phone still has problems then format it on the computer.
