Could someone explain to a noobey how to undervolt with system tuner

I have been told if I not careful I can destroy my phone.what are the pros and.cons.If someone could give me kinda of an idea how to do this.and what not to do for I won't kill my phone.when I go into system tuner and tap on voltage there's like 20 plus voltage adjustments what do each voltage adjustment control on the phone and how do I go about setting each one.I would greatly appreciate any help on undervolting my phone. Thanks in advance...

Before attempting anything read carefully about undervolting as it may kill your device if you undervolt too much..

It helps battery life and i don't really see a down side :thumbup:

I can find the setting in system tuner, i think it was when i was gb there was a setting for that or maybe i can't find it, but this thread has a flash-able zip to safely undervolt...
