Question Cover screen unresponsive to touch

The first time this happened was after last November update .... And it happened may be 10 or 15 times since that update
Evertime I restart the device several times to get it to work again ... But now it's totally unresponsive since yesterday with several attempts
Any Idea what to do ?

November update and after newer updates include last still issues, right?

I supposed hardware defect - screen or flex cable.
In the inner screen everything is good?

Inner screen ok and now the outer screen is dead non responsive at all

If it is still within warranty, take it in for servicing
