This really shouldnt be here (in the Sensation forums) - it's a global knowledge, mod should move it to the Android Development general ones. And it's a very good idea of making good tutorials of general usage, not rom-related.

By the way, is there any tutorial how to get governors installed or something? I suppose those are kernel modules, but as far as I can tell, it could be customised even from other kernels? (not sure though) And where get them from?

Same about gui's - could be good to make a tutorial for noob's where to get, how to set up, how to test and so on.

But that are only ideas

Best guide for CPU governors, i always use ondemand governor is the best.

I was just curious if different governors work better with different kernels, in particular devil 1.7.5? I used smartassv2 with devil 1.6.1 but i didn't if there was somethng better for 1.7.5
