Cracked screen replacement

Has anyone over here done a replacement of Aria cracked screen by themselves? I am thinking about getting this from ebay and doing it myself, just wanted to know if it is too tricky..

There are plenty of tutorials on U Tube and similar websites. It takes some experience to replace a digitizer/LCD. If you aren't confident you can do it don't try. You could make it much worse.
