Is it possible to play this on other devices if we just move the apk and transfer the data?

Nope it has to be playstation certified there is a tool made by gektheboss that is trying to get the xperia play version working on every device its over in the xperia play forum under apps and themes the name is gektheboss playfull I think check it out! its also in xda news. If it doesnt work for your device ask him to add support.
