There are several photos on Amazon

http://www.amazon.com/CrazyOnDigita...18CQ/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1301670118&sr=8-4

The NC does not slide from top but from the folding side, it has a flap that fold in and under the NC, similar to the case at post #149 in this thread

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=857453&page=15

The stand works similarly to this rooCase Easy View
http://www.amazon.com/rooCASE-Easy-...QZRW/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1301671171&sr=8-9

There a two small magnetic pieces at the edge of the cover to keep it closed, it works but not very strong though. The inside material which is in contact to the NC is very good, however I don't think the outside material is genuine leather.

In general, it's rather strong and well made for a cheap case, good protection for the Nook, the stand design works really well :)

Wait...so the canadian orders didn't work for the US customers? This makes me feel slightly less bad about overpaying for it, I was thinking of sending it back with a "return to sender" to get a refund without opening it, but I'm considering keeping it now.

I believe they lowered to a crazy cheap price to attract people, then raises the price back, only small number of first orders got delivered, most will be canceled. This seemed to happen before with the similar bundle for the eink Nook.

Since this was my thread I will state mine has shipped amwaiting delivery. I ordered from USA site. I suspect they had limited quantities at the cheap price and so decided once those were sold to go back to full retail once there was more demand. Probably all due to XDA nook owners LOL.

After using the leather case for a couple of days, I really like it, very well made, the multiple views stand works well, it's soft, a little bit thick but not heavy, easily fold the cover back and hold the case by one hand. Had a very good feel when holding it.

Any other one got your? Looks like they have shipping problem.

My order from amazon.ca went through and the package was shipped on March 30th. At least it says that it was shipped. The tracking from USPS states that the package left the facility, whatever that means. Probably sitting somewhere at the border now, waiting customs clearance. With the strong stench that these silicon covers produce, I would not be surprised if they treat it as a potential WMD

I received my case. As others noted, it works fairly well. I think it is very safe to say that it is NOT leather. In fact, it isn't even a very good imitation of leather. That being said, for money, it seems to work pretty well.

Mine included silicone cases as well, and those seem to be decent quality. The charging accessories work, but appear to be very low quality, so I do not expect them to work for very long. . .

Do the charging cables work at same speed as stock charger?

I ordered the 17-piece package a week ago and the package has just arrived. As others have pointed out, the case is clearly not made of leather, but otherwise it is well made and doesn't feel like it would fall apart in 3 months. The folding mechanism works, in both lanscape & portrait (the latter is "off-label" use but it works well). The two pieces of magnets is of little use.

The retractable charging cable is for recharging only. The normal usb-microusb cable can be used for charging & data.

The headphone is cheap but works. The silicon case fits really well and stinks. REALLY stinks.

I have not tried the screen saver. The booklight looks cheap but works well. I have no idea what that black foam "fish" is.

The AC-DC charger is very 'dirty' -- I plug it into an outlet next to a radio and the radio buzzes. I've never seen that before. To the experts: would that affect the Nook?

For $10.50 total it's a good deal.

EDIT: the leather case completely covers the speakers.

The fish is for winding headphones on.
Your deal got you all that for less than the price of a silicon skin at B&N

Got my 17 piece kit from amazon.ca. Everything is as expected. Given the price i paid including shipping ($9.56 USD) its an awesome deal (1/3rd the price of the least expensive decent BN case) so i wont even bother about complaining. Plus it was shipped priority from Canada to US!

Edit: Spoke too soon. Nook behaves weird when plugged into A/C charger. The output is 1Amp (stock charger is 1.9 Amps). Not sure if that has anything to do with it but touchscreen response is pretty poor and erratic to say the least. Remove the charger and works fine.

Havent tried any of the other accessories yet.

Got the four "stinky" silicone skins + screen protector for $4.99. It's been a week and no sign of it and no tracking information. Gimme!

Don't use the charger!

I have the same touch-screen problem when I use the AC charger: each time I press the on-screen keyboard I get two, three, sometimes even 7 characters. My guess is that it is related to the charger's output being 'dirty' (cf. my post #54). I don't have this problem when I use my cellphone charger (0.5A) or the original nook charger.

What I shame; I'd would have loved to get a spare charge (even if it's 1A instead of 1.9A). But the rest of the pieces are worth way more than the $10.5 I paid for so I can't complain. :)

Glad I didn't order one when the price went up. I mean it seems a good deal, but I would have mainly been buying this (over the upcoming rooCASE) mainly for a usable charger and the case, but both seem a little less than I want.

Thanks all for telling about your experiences!
