Question Creality Ender 3 S1 Nozzle Temperature and Z axis Errors

The nozzle temperature is stuck at -14 on the screen and when homing or bed leveling is performed, the Z axis is stuck. The -14 temperature causes the printer to stop functioning whenever the temperature is set, i.e., an alarm will be sounded to indicate nozzle temperature being too high or too low. I have checked the connection and it doesn't work. Does anyone have this issue and happen to have a solution? Thanks!

Hello!

For the temperature issue: check the thermistor, cable and it's connection, not only the socket on the print head.
For z-axis issue: do you have wrong firmware installed? Because this seems the case when only on those two scenarios the Z will not move

Hello!

For the temperature issue: check the thermistor, cable and it's connection, not only the socket on the print head.
For z-axis issue: do you have wrong firmware installed? Because this seems the case when only on those two scenarios the Z will not move

Hi, thanks for the prompt response!

For the temperature issue, I am planning to replace the thermistor next. All connections seem firm.

For the Z-axis issue, will the firmware issue be the case? Because the context of the problem is:

First printing was successful and then during the second printing, the homing issue, i.e., Z-axis, suddenly appeared with the "nozzle temperature too low" issue.

I am just looking for alternative solutions first before checking the firmware because I have not much experience in this regard.

OK, if it appears in combination, then first fix the thermistor issue :)
