how can i create my own addon .cab so after i flash a new ROM i can use 1 cab to install all programs i want to b in the fone... im sick of installing like 30 something program 1 by 1 after each time i flash a ROM...

Nothing really anything out there for this. I use Sprite Backup, but it's only good for the ROM you are using. The other method would be to build your own cab. It will take a lot of reading and trial/error.

I've used this program to build some simple CAB's.

I'm not entirely sure how you would do it, but if I had to guess, you would have to unpack every CAB file and then rebuild everything back into a custom CAB. I think it's easier to just keep a list of the CABs installed and then one by one put them back on.

I'm using CabBatchInstall written by helloworld1.
If you additionally install XperiaTweak2 and remove the security-warning before the installations, this program really does a great job and it makes it much easier to install a number of *.cab's.
