Create stuning Android application for your favorite websites

1. AppYet is a web platform that allows you to convert any web Rss/Atom feed to apps for Android OS.
2. You have freedom to list/sell created application on Market(s) or earn Ad money as Admob Publisher
3. Turn your own website(s) or your favorite website(s) into Android application(s) to share with everyone. Fast, free and shockingly easy.

That's a very clean looking app.

There are a few websites I visit that do not have mobile websites so this will be very handy for me.

Thank you :D .

tried making one for TOOLband.com and it was awfully complicated to turn the page into a RSS feed. can anyone help?

I check the TOOLband.com website, and couldn't find Rss or Atom feeds? Are you sure you there are Rss/Atom feed for TOOLband.com? If so, make sure you provide the exact link to AppYet.com when you create/update application.

very slick, and nice widgets as well...

Does $49 give you one app, or the ability to create many?

toolband does not have RSS but there are ways to make any site RSS compatible, the process is just very tedious. Wish i had a TOOLarmy app.

Just got it setup for a freelance website that I use. Gotta say this is nice. Now I will make an icon to go with my app. I think that maybe a share and share alike on the forum would play nice. lol. I dont mind sharing what I create.

Yes for blogspot, use following link replace blogname with your blog name

http://blogname.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss

also following is Google Help for finding Feed Url for BlogSpot in case you need more detail:
http://www.google.com/support/blogger/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=97933

not sure about djing, let me know the url, I might be able to tell

Got it figured out. Got one quirk to figure out - Was wondering if embedded YouTube videos works on the app? My blog works in terms of the RSS feeds and such, but it has videos too. If anyone can help me re this, let me know.

As for my DJing website, its www.podomatic.com.

For podomatic, i found this pdf document online about RSS: http://fcit.usf.edu/laptop/pdf/podomaticnew.pdf

AppYet doesn't support embedded YouTube videos at this moment, but it is being work on, should be released in near future

Thanks for the heads up/info. Now I got two more questions:

(1) For the membership being around $40, is it for a month or year?
(2) On my djing website (podomatic), can it play/download the mp3? Its djemzine.podomatic.com by the way if you want to take a look at it (based on your time) and see if something can be done.

Cheers

(1) It is for life-time, with free upgrade and bug fixes. Let's say, in the future we added support for mutilingual and support Youtube, you will able to have choice to upgrade to latest version without additional charge
(2) base on the link you provided, i found the Rss for the site: http://djemzine.podomatic.com/rss2.xml
You will able to play the podcast online, right now it doesn't support podcast playback offline, but we will consider to add this feature in the future

after you upload a logo, did you reSubmit the application to build? let me know your application Package Name, we will look into them

DERP! I didn't realize that you had to go through the tabs to "re-submit" I was just making my changes and clicking save.

Suggestion: maybe make a note below the save button to go to "Submit" tab to finish changes. Might help alleviate questions from people like me :D

<--- Not the brightest tool apparently! Thanks!
