I need a TWRP recovery img for a device which has not such thing yet.

I have the needed stuff to build it (I believe), and if you need more info I could get cats and stuff via adb and fastboot commands.
I can provide:
- Stock recovery
- A couple of TWRP img files made for other devices with same CPU.
- build.prop
- cat /proc/cpuinfo
- cat /proc/mounts
- cat /proc/mtd
- tree, zlimage, img_info

I need to root this device, that's the main goal, and then a nandroid backup could be cool, but I was unable to root using other software such as kingroot and those.
The kind person who is capable of doing such task and has the required knowledge to make a functional TWRP for this device would get a decent donation for sure.
I heard @yuweng is a skilled developer regarding this task, but he doesn't seem to be around anymore?
