Can't be done with csc features.
You have to flash a note3 or s4 keyboard.

There is one xposed module to remove locstion consent popup..
Search it in xposed thread.
No such csc feature to remove that.

This thread is truly a Godsend for people like me who are interested in learning more about CSC codes and stuff. I hope that with whatever I can learn here, I will be able to help set a phone with truly all options (which are necessary) unlocked, unlike some phones which disable certain functions (i.e. Camera shutter sound is permanently set to ON for Korean phones) as well as ignoring the international call code in front of numbers to see the names appear when you key in just the phone numbers...

You can enable some features that Sammy decided to disable for your country by default.

These features can be found in /system/csc/feature.xml
Some users have reported on being on a rom that does not have feature.xml. If you are one of these you may try adding the code to /system/csc/others.xml (same directory).



Add the following lines to your existing file using any root explorer or vi. (be sure to backup the file before you experiment)
