(CscVerifierLog.txt) Nougat -> Oreo Update = CSC changed, features missing

Hi XDA,
after updating my german T-Mobile S8 , Im facing several issues with my device. I used to follow the TUT on XDAs main page https://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-install-android-oreo-on-the-samsung-galaxy-s8-s8-exynos/
By the way, this TUT is very confusing, but at least I managed to update the Firmware so all went well. But after a while i noticed, that there are some Major inconvenience inside the Firmware:

- My CSC changed from DTM to XEU
-thereby I cannot use WIFI Calling and Volte - IMS not registred
-Caller ID and Spam protection deactivated and not able to activate ( Greyed out)

But the most interesting is a file which appeared after the update, called "CscVerifierLog.txt"

Im not able to attach it, so i will post its Content

Due to xdas restrictions for new users im not able to attach or to copy and paste the file (xda says its outside URLs containing) . Anybody got an idea how i can upload the file to xda? Tried Xda Labs App, but it keeps saying "Bad request" . WTF?!

Just flash Correct frameware then everything will back to Normal

What frameware you mean? By the way, my s8 is not rooted. A full reflash with Odin with the correct firmware would wipe data, or Is there a way to flash the right firmware without to perform a full wipe?
