Hello Rob, here is a short result after the few days of testing.
-The Heat, so my Feeling, seems to be ok. Is not more or less then with or without your mod. BUT: dont Forget, the G4 dont have the same overheat Problems like the G3. Overall the G4 was not very warm. So i think the heat should not be your first Goal. It is very good with the Heat. I played much games and was online, and the heat was Overall ok and not to much. Maybe u can bit improve it.
-The Device feels, and that is for me very very more important, more snappy and fluid with your Mod. I think that should be your first Goal. Cause the G4 has good Hardware but here and there i lags and stucker. that is bit better with your Mod. I think or i would be happy, if you can try to set it more lagfree and snappier. It is better with your Mod, but i think, you can get that bit more on Speed :D
-Battery Life. Hm..so what i see not improvement and no Shorter live. Seems the same like before......maybe a biiiiiiiiiiit more battery use. Maybe u can watch at that.
Happy if it Comes a new beta soon.

greez Chris
I agree with these statements, my g4 feels more snappy, and I haven't noticed a noticeable difference in battery life. Can't wait for updates!

Can this mod be flashed with flashfire?

Very interested in trying out and testing as the mod evolves for the G4 but i have one of the crappy locked models lol.

I don't see any reason why not but you still need to be rooted for fhashify or you can always just extract the files and replace yours with mine just make sure to backup your original files first

This first beta I'm hoping should pretty much eliminate any lag so on that aspect you'll have to let me know if I've succeeded or its there still some lag now second thing is performance you may or may not see am increase in performance I made some changes but I'm not sure how they will affect things and finally the heat now if the G4 reacts the same to the changes as the G3 you should see a nice decrease in the heat generated by your phone as you well know this is still all in the beta phase so it'll take some time to perfect things so as soon as I start getting feedback I'll know what to work on for the next version
So for like the heat aspect a good test would be to install CPU temp and play a game for like five minutes before the is installed and check the CPU and battery temps then install the mod and do the same
With the other two parts it's more in feel your apps should open faster and ROM just be all around smoother and you may gain some point in benchmarking
is it possible to have it another way round where it tries to throttle more extremely? cause I live in the equator and sometimes it's quite easy for the phone to overheat.(e.g. the phone will try to keep the batt temp <=35C now, but if it rises above 35 and i keep on using the phone it somehow rises very fast to around 40)

Yes but by doing so you will experience extreme lag and your overall performance will go down dramatically

Tried for half a day, noticed no changes.
I remember f500 had an update regarding thermal management. Maybe someone with f500 can upload those files

I've noticed a quite the difference on my H815. The most noticeable one is that when sliding toolbars out in apps like youtube gmail, the animation is much smoother than how it use to be. I'm positive it's not placebo because it's THAT much of a difference.

Good to hear I know that I'm headed in the right direction. I have some ideas for the next update I'm just going to wait around a week till I get some more feedback but there will be an update coming soon

Well after a day i can confirm that i am noticing a smoother experience within the UI nicer animations and generally more snappier. As for heat i gave it a good 3hr workout on vainglory and the phone stayed cool. I cant say i have had any heating isuues before but i do believe your moving in the right direction Rob.
