I guess you use app like aNetShare which provides full Wifi infra? Or does Dell Streak 7" support Adhoc Wifi (provided with Wifi tether or similar) or Bluetooth PANs?I bought one the other day for the full price & i will only use it with wifi & my phone's mobilehotspot so i have no need for the 4g..i just will pay for 1 month of 4g service then cancel.

I'm actually doing the opposite. I cancelled my data plan on my phone and I use my S7 as the hotspot for my phone and my work phone.I bought one the other day for the full price & i will only use it with wifi & my phone's mobilehotspot so i have no need for the 4g..i just will pay for 1 month of 4g service then cancel.

I am not sure that activating a data plan for one month is necessary. I bought direct from Dell and was not required to activate a data plan at that time. I can confirm that the S7 is fully functional even if the SIM is not activated. Just no HSPA+ data (mobile). If you do not activate a data plan, you have to pay full retail - US$450Ah so you're forced to pay at least one month if you want to use it?
webvan - Amazon.com has a streaming video service for movies. You can download and/or stream movies you've purchased from them. I think it's US only, though. Just watched one of my movies to test it out. Great playback, even with about 70% signal from my wifi, the movie streamed perfectly from their site. What's that ?
