1. Download GT-I8150 METAL GAMMING ROM.zip HERE
2. Extrack GT-I8150 METAL GAMMING ROM.zip
3. After ekstrack copy the backup folder to the external sdcard / clockworkmod / here
4. Before restores wipe data and wipe cache
5. Format system ( mount and storage/ format system )
6. Format cache ( mount and storage/ format cache )
7. Format data ( mount and storage/ format data )
8. Back ( backup and restore/ restore from external sd card )
9. Wait until the restore is complete
10. Reboot system now
