Are you in the United States? What you should need is the combination firmware from Samsung. If you tried flashing each one of those files you may have disrupted the binary structure of your operating system. If you can get to download mode write down the firmware installed currently in your device. I left these up here so I can explain how to determine your binaries.
G928AUCS6ERH1. Binary 6
G928AUCS4CQA1. Binary 4
G928AUCU3CPHA. Binary 3
G928AUCU1AOGG. Binary 1
The first set is the model number G928 and A signifies you have AT&T as your carrier. I forget at the moment what the UCS or UCU is for but it's the number after that which is relevant. It indicates the binary structure your device is using. I have listed each one. I was able to find G928AUCU4APK1 (binary 4) and G928AUCU5ARA1 (binary 5) right here, https://samsungfirmware.net/samsung-galaxy-s6-edge-plus-sm-g928a-combination-firmware/
Here on XDA there is a binary 6 file for your device found here, https://forum.xda-developers.com/at...sm-g928a-nougat-7-0-1-stock-att-odin-t3811376
hen you find out which binary your device is using you should flash in a similar firmware with the same binary. Usually these are firmware files for different regions or Countries. Let's say you're in America. You would want to find the firmware for the Australian models. I'll try to locate them later on this evening if I can for you.

@Casper Young, Sir thanks again for finding time to assist me. I really appreciate it.
Yes I am in the USA.
I have attached a pic of what shows on my S6 edge plus screen when it is in download mode - obviously the blue screen. Also when it is charging the samsung galaxgy S6 edge + logo keeps flashing and this also happens when i turn it on.
When its in the download mode I can not see the firmware installed (or may be i do not know how to read it).
Every firmware I try flashing fails except the firmware G928AUCS6ERH1. I have therefore tried flashing with G928AUCS6ERH1 more than a couple of dozen times but it still boot looping. I will be looking for binary 6 firmware with different region or country to flash. I will appreciate it if you can point me to where I can find one. If do find
Once again thank you.

UPDATE: I have flashed with the firmware (G928TUVS6ERH1) for the variant G928T but the flash failed. I tried both with and without the PIT file for G928T but both failed.

You are using a device carrier locked to AT&T, the firmware you are trying to use is for T-Mobile. The device will reject it. According to the latest specs you should be using NRD90M.G928AUCS5ERH1. That is a binary 5 operating system not 6. You are currently (as I read from your download mode) using official firmware so that's a plus in your favor. I looked up the current firmware you should have specifically for your device which can be found here.

I can't guarantee this'll work. At this point you are starting over with stock. Good luck, lemmie know how it goes.

First of all I want to thank You, Mr. Young for your selfless support and I also apologize for not responding earlier.
And to those who might be interested. I have given up on the phone after trying all the suggestions and could not get it fix.
