Question Custom Font Install? #Mono and zFont3 not working?

Hey guys

Has anyone managed to get a custom font installed in OneUI5.1?

I've tried to get ProductSans installed via both #Mono2.1 and zFont3 and both appear to run fine (there is a pop-up advising that the custom font being installed was designed for an earlier version of Android - but you can select 'Install anyway') - but fails when you then attempt to select SamsungSans in the Fonts settings.

I don't want to root the phone, just wondering if there's any other way to get a custom font on the phone?

I flawlessly installed Google Sans with zfont3, just had to reboot the phone to see it applied.

Yes, as i did on my old S22 Ultra. Where did you get the font? I installed one i found on zfont3

I have the ProductSans font that I installed on my S22 Ultra too, but that was from before Android 13 and OneUI5.0... I couldn't find ProductSans within zFont3 but tried a similar font and that also failed in the same way. Very strange.

I think both #Mono and zFont3 only still work if you've upgraded from OneUI4 to OneUI5 without a system reset - that's according to the #Mono thread on here anyway...

I'm hoping someone has been able to install custom fonts on their S23's

On my S22U i used zfont3 after a clean OneUI 5 install, so I think that's only for #mono.

This is from my S23U

I installed the GoogleSans-Regular i found in Stylish. Try that, i think it's the same font you're looking for.
