Custom GS3 Splash Screens

I know another topic was made but I wanted to create my own topic. I do not own any image and I am just creating these for anyone who wants one. I am not responsible for any damage to your phone which shouldn't happen. Thanks to con247 for making this happen.

This only works on the GS3 with the S4 CPU. It won't work on any other phones. It will brick anything else. It will NEVER work on any other device unless it is a Samsung with the S4 CPU. Any other CPU will cause a brick. The .zip file won't run on anything else to prevent this from happening.

Automatic Splash Image Creator

If you like to make a request do the following.

1.) Post the image you would like.
2.) If there is any special request like text on the image you would like me to add please include it.
3.) Vote my thread newsworthy/thank me in OP.
4.) Have any issues please post here and do not PM me. I will try my best to make everyone happy.
5.) Download. Copy to SD. Boot in Recovery. Flash. Reboot. Enjoy.

Your welcome. All you have to do is download zip and flash in recovery. iLivid is a ad. Just wait for 5 seconds then press skip ad and you will see the download button. If needed I can upload to another host.

ahhhh.... thanks.... I wound up d/l livid... guess I'll uninstall....

**edit** flashed it, said it was installing a kernel also???? I'm on Freegs3
one more edit: I'm still on the same kernel.... I was confiused by the dialogue I saw on the screen as it flashed the file. Also.... for future users.... it takes a long time to come back up after the flash....

Yes, uninstall Livid. The file name is flashthisimage. The dialogue can be confusing but I didn't develop the program to convert the file so that's out of my hands. It didn't take me no time to start my phone over. Hope you enjoy. Tell your friends.

I flashed the Detroit Lions splash screen.. when I rebooted it showed it for a quick second.. then it wouldnt go past the google X sign.. I waited over five minutes before I pulled the battery.. when I started it back up.. it showed the splash screen for a good amount of time.. and booted up fine.. it looked soo good I had to see it again.. so I rebooted the phone again and it got stuck at the google X again. . I had to pull the battery and it booted just fine afterwards. I'm not sure if anyone else if having this issue.. I'm using Goodness JB v.4.0

Try re-downloading it. I am on FreeGS3 and I flashed it and rebooted several times with no problem. Also if redownloading it and flashing it again does not work try a different splash page and see if that works.

I just in flashed the new agat kernel and it booted fine.. but it took off the Detroit splash screen.. so I flashed the splash screen with the girl and it has been booting fine..
But I really liked the Detroit lions splash screen so imma redownload that one and flash it again amd see how it works out for me..

I am taking request for splash screens or wallpapers. I will get this done in a few minutes. Will add it to the OP when I am done.
