Custom Kernel for P7 running on B853 (OTA updated from B852 Europe)

I am looking for a kernel to work on Stock Rom B853 for Europe OTA updated from B852 recently. A kernel which supports under-clocking CPU Frequencies. I don't have root access but i can root for it.

Your help will greatly be appreciated.
