Custom Kernel for rooted pure stock ROM?

Are there any kernels we can use to do a little OC'ing?

All the kernels available for our phones at the moment will work. I suggest you to use the Synergy kernel tho. Try and you will out why. Also make sure to also download the stock Kernel.zip into your sd card, just in case you don't like it, you can just easily flash back to stock kernel.

You can download SGS kernel flasher app from the market and save and restore to your hearts content. Just make sure you save your backups off-line "just in case."

Yah dude its in the Devopment Thread. Make sure to get the kernelstock.zip and not the insecure TAR.
