Custom Kernel for TF300TL

Can anywone give me a chrash course in making a custom kernel ? Because ther is no Kernel out there with working 3G/LTE i wanna try to make my own and relese it here if its working fine.

I think it sould be possible to use the stock kernl and modify it ...

My english is not very good so it would be better if somewonne German can help me. But im happy for every help
