Custom Lineage OS to Stock Oreo

Recently I did Lineage OS 14 in my 3T.. Now I want to update my phone to Stock Oreo but TWRP and Stock Recovery giving error that I m using oneplus 3, but my phone is 3T.. Can anyone guide me through this matter.. even Qualcomm thing is not working on my phone..

Did you flash the recommended Blu_Spark TWRP for Oreo by eng.stk?
By saying "Qualcomm Thing", I hope you mean the MSM Tool. If so, what is the error? Diagnosis of the error?
