Custom Navogation Bar Buttons

Is there any brave soul that could edit proper system files for me and customize my Moto G Nav Bar Buttons..?
Or eventually help me by pointing the right direction..
Perfect setup for me would be: Menu/Home/Back.

You have to be rooted and then decompile and edit SystemUI.apk, just like me, I modded the navbar here too:

In order to mod the file, your system should be deodexed, this is way simpler.

Root the device and install "GMD Autohide Softkeys" app.

Aside from being able to hide the navbar and thus adding space, it enables you to swap the button position and choose from different button themes.
