Custom rom 32 to 64 bit

Hello everyone I have Arm64-v8a (32bit mode) and I want to install custom ROM 64 bit I downloaded many Roms have 64 bit and I have twrp 3.2.3.1 and when I flashed it I get bootloop .

It seems quite common with some devices to have a CPU capable of handling a 64-bit OS but only actually have installed a 32-bit OS version. You can convert any 32-bit Android platform to 64-bit by installing a new suitable Android ROM ( firmware update ) that is 64-bit.
Flashing any Custom ROM that's not suitable will lead to a bootloop.
