HOW TO FLASH THE ROM

1. Download the rom that suits you
2. Download the latest SP verison Flash Tool here: https://androidmtk.com/smart-phone-flash-tool
3. Install Driver MTK for your computer Win XP/7/8/10
4. Up Rom

◘. First select as picture, select Choose and select file: MT2601_ANDROID_SCATTER.TXT in rom folder
◘. Next Select: FORMAT ALL + DOWNLOAD
◘. SELECT DOWLOAD
4. Now notice that you turn off the smartwatch, Then pin the usb cable to wait for a while it will show the red line running, followed by the color line and the rom loading speed shown below is successfully rom up.

Note: Driver mode up rom specifically in a few seconds, if not display Driver is: MEDIATEK PRELOADER USB VCOM (ANDROID), you are wrong driver. Note to install the correct driver is.

The ROM load process is Flash successful:

6. Until the display: Green mark OK , unplug the cable and keep the power source and enjoyment.

wonderful development. I will try it by tomorrow.

For ticwatch 2 with stock ROM, i am now facing a problem with whatsapps notification. Dont know you experienced or not. The problem is:
1. When the watch received 1st whatsapps msg. WITHOUT read, the watch will vibrate and play sound giving notification. Then after receiving 2nd whatsapps msg, it wont give notification anymore.
2. If the watch received 1st whatsapps msg WITH read, the watch vibrate and play sound even received 2nd msg.
The trick is, the user have to read previous received whatsapps msg. in the ticwatch 2. Otherwise, the watch wont give notification for latter whatsapps message.

Other problems, do you have ticwatch 2 kernel source code? Can you share with us? I would like to make AW2 working on ticwatch2. Flashing ticwatch e AW OS ROM into the ticwatch 2 can boot up but the vibrator and mic is not functioning. Seems driver problem.

I download the English rom and now it's in Chinese need English one. Itryed to reflash it with the English one but still in chinese. Need English one or stock romi cant find it anywhere.

This rom is excellent, much better than wear os. The tilt to wake works much faster and it has an option to turn the screen on when receiving a notification when ambient mode is off! Thank you very much, this was a life saver for me

The same happened to me unfortunately...I really liked this rom but battery is completely drained in a few hours. I am also ugsing an iphone, maybe thats why. Tried both android and iphone versions.

Hey. Could you help me with flashing the rom.

When I turn off the watch and connect the charger to it from my pc. The watch just starts and boots into WearOS. The SP tool doesn’t even detect the watch.

You're using an old version of the flasher tool.

Download the new SP flash tool:

I've tried using 2 PC'S but I can't get it to work.
The SPF flash tool doesn't detect my Ticwatch E and, It ends up with the watch booting to WearOS when I connect it.

Could someone share the driver they used to flash this rom?

Edit: I got it working by booting to fastboot, and shutting down the watch from fastboot.
I'm using the rom from an iOS and It's much better than WearOS. I don't mind the battery drain because I don't use the watch a lot.
