well the fact that you are asking me if your boot loader is unlocked is a clear indication that its not because only a user can unlock their device's bootloader. check online if your device has a forum related to bootloader and recovery, if not you are out of luck.
ps. i also ported the Wiko U Feel And U Feel light to my device. (perfect clones)

you can have a twrp on a device and still have a locked boot loader , the easiest way to know is if you adb reboot bootloader on the phone then wiith the phone's twrp image attempt to do a fastboot flash recovery xxxxx (by xxxx i mean the twrp-3.0.2.img file that is for you specific phone) and it writes it to the partition , if it fails then its not unlocked.

p.s when doing these processes you are doing this at your own risk , don't point the finger and blame someone else.

i flashed twrp.img file with flashify so i think its okay, with locked bootloader we can't write in boot and recovery partition so i think its unlocked

Guys don't worry Motorola will release kernel source this week. So don't worry. As I have stock ROM I can build the recovery now. But I am waiting for kernel sources instead.

This will be great. Waiting for nougat custom rom
