In the original post BZzzz3 talks about aroma file manager and replacing files, but with both google as bing translate i don't understand him .

So I flashed the 1017 version yesterday. Didnt encounter any bugs so far. Only thing I noticed is that its kinda slowish. Especially when sliding the lock screen, swiping through the images in the gallery or playing candy crush. Sometimes scrolling on the homescreen stutters, too. Anybody else having those problems?

try it for several days. now i dont encounter bugs only in messanger chat heads sometimes not loading

by the way should this be installed on fresh rom together with the kitkat rom with sp flash tool? or can install using mobile uncle tools?

You can use it both ways.

I guess I got this phone at just the right time. I just got an Alcatel 6040A (Apparently there is a difference between the A and D models, namely, how many SIM Cards they use,) and to my dismay, haven't found any CyanogenMod 11 roms for this nice little device. Coming from a Samsung GT-S7560M, and having used CM11 on it, I'm almost lost without stock Android haha. I'll be keeping my eyes on this particular thread, because the stock Jellybean rom on the phone kinda sucks (It's mostly really laggy and really limiting) and is incredibly buggy.

After succesfull flash you can flash the supersu via recovery. Ill update the tutorial when i get on my pc and add root procedures

in 4.2 JB lockscreen widgets are supported. im using chronus perfectly with 4.2.2 but in 4.4.2 build cant use widgets on lockscreen. havent tried to delete the lockscreen.apk to know if i can use the lockscreen same in 4.2.2. tomorrow i give a try

Did you give it a try? When I delete the JrdLockscreen.apk from the /custpack/jrd_custres/app folder the whole lockscreen is gone . Replacing it with LockClock.apk from CM and renaming it into JrdLockscreen won't work for me.

Nope but had a backup so all fine, but the standard lock is not so good without a pin or so. A few calls made inside my pockets.

What's wrong with native lockscreen settings (Lock Settings)? You can enable pin/pattern/password lock there.

maybe try to decompile 4.2 jelly bean rom and extract the lockscreen app

nah... alcatel / stock lock screen tend to give issues when you did not set pin / password... alcatel / tcl should had a features call "Prevent pocket dial"... google it and alot of ppl having this issues as well.... so far i use a tool call "Proximity Screen Off lite" to solve this issues...
What it does is it uses your proximity sensor to detect whether you phone is in your pocket or not... so when you have call calling in then it will flash on and off when it detected something is blocking it... you may simulate this by calling your phone while using your hand covering top part of the phone...

But this apps drain battery fast !

i already root this rom...but i think it is useless for rooting this phone coz :
1) xposed frame work cause bootloop....xposed framework 2.3.1 seem work..but u cannot active the module since kitkat need the highest framework...
2) try unicon to change icon but useless...everytime i try to setting for an icon it ask to reboot but nothing happen after that (using xposed framework 2.3.1 on kitkat rom)

so the conclusion is ~ we need this phone to be compatible with latest or highest xposed framework to make it work with gravitibox[KK]...

i hope somebody can do something on this....i really need xposed framework,gravitybox[KK] and unicon to be running perfectly in this rom(kitkat)...this rom is totally awesome.

please somebody show something...thanks

i think only gravity box gives bootloop to xposed. no problem when installing latest xposed but will have bootloops if you install gravitybox. i only used xposed for additions by waking up phone using volume rocker. also tried same apps same as gravitybox but also wont work even with the latest xposed.

for changing icons i used latest nova launcher 3.2 by that i can change icons easilly. nova launcher is light app and cant even noticed battery consumption.

only problem now DEEP SLEEP is not compatible with ART. have to revert back to dalvic
